Bel-Air International, This place has become like my second home. I love this place. The learning atmosphere is awesome. I’ve been training with Bel-Air International for a month and half now, and have flown 34hrs. When I had compared this with my other friends who are in another school, they were amazed to hear this. All had the same question: How is it possible? BEL-AIR MAKES THINGS POSSIBLE. I haven’t seen any aircraft down for long in maintenance. They are always on the move. The instructors are very helpful and are there to answer any of our queries anytime. I love this place. It is the best place to learn professional flying. I appreciate the efforts what Mr. Alex Alabed puts in for the students to achieve their goals. I’ve recommended my brother as well and he will be joining this school very soon.

Thank you Bel-Air.

It has been 3 months from the day I joined Bel-Air International and my expectations have been more than met. I work with Air India and that helps me to understand the aviation field and I can say that all the important aspects are taken care of with Bel-Air International. You get to fly regularly and with your efforts and hard work you will achieve what you want.

After all the time I put in to find a school, I don’t think I have made the wrong choice.

Bel-Air International gave me the opportunity to finally work towards and achieve my dream of being a pilot. As someone who works full time, Bel-Air has the flexibility to allow me to both work full-time and take my flying lessons with ease. The fleet is excellent and the mechanics insure a safe flight each and every time I take to the sky. With an excellent roster of instructors as well as administration, Bel-Air is a flight academy that I would recommend to anyone serious about becoming a pilot.

I started my training with Bel-Air International with no knowledge about Aviation. I find Bel-Air the best school one can get to work his way to his Flying career. Instructors put their full effort to train the students to make them the best.

All the credits goes to our Chief Flight Instructor, Mr.Alex Alabed, who puts in his full effort to keep the aircraft in good condition and running which will in turn help the students to finish up the course within 7 months. It is full of Indian students and a second home for me.

I had come to Bel-Air International with very limited knowledge about aviation. The ground training here is very helpful. I came here thinking that this place is full of people from other country. But when I arrived here I was taken aback seeing all the Indian students here, this is like a home away from home.

Bel-Air International: "The best place for aviation training."

I define Bel-Air International as the only place where "QUALITY MEETS COMMITMENT"

I have been here at Bel Air since August 2008 with have already flown past 50 hrs in my log. The unique thing about this school is that u have ample aircrafts and instructors to give u rigorous and systematic training everyday. The best part is that the school is single handedly owned and run by Mr.Alex Alabed, who makes every possible effort to interact and understand the difficulties and needs of every student individually and is always there in school around u, to encourage and boost u up to take up every heinous task.

So my advice to all u guys is that, live up to ur flying dreams and let Bel-Air take care of the rest.

I am a private pilot going to get my instrument rating by next week. I started my training with Bel-Air and will surely complete my training with them. When I came to California I had limited knowledge about flying schools. I just got lucky in joining Bel-Air. After coming here and seeing the condition of other flying schools I realized I made the right choice by joining this school. One gets to fly here regularly and believe me it’s the most important thing. The mechanics here give their 100% to keep the planes fit to fly. The apartments provided are good and have all the facilities needed for comfortable living. I feel I made the right choice by joining this school.

I am an Instrument rated private pilot of Bel-Air International, doing multi engine commercial now. Actually when I came to US I was about to start my training in some other school called ASA but that school is not good one so I enquired about several flying school in and around California and at last I have chosen Bel-Air International. So, in my experience I can say rightly that Bel-Air is the best school for flying. I came to Bel-Air International in October 2007, and now I am towards the end of my training. Time and again, I have been proven the quality of Bel-Air International.

And I have say about the Instructors and chief pilot Mr. Alex Alabed. They all are doing their job sincerely so if you put you effort then you will be a good aviator, no doubts in that. And truly speaking Mr. Alabed is kind of strict like my Dad but that will make you still more disciplined as well as good pilot. So I don’t feel any difference in being here when compared to my home. They will make you a good pilot.

I am SPANDAN GUPTA, I joined Bel-Air International in the month of August 2007 and completed the whole course including Single Engine Commercial in just eight months. It’s just because of the sincere efforts put in by owner Mr. Alex Alabed. He always works hard to keep aircrafts airworthy and helps in every aspect to complete training as soon as possible.

Not only being professional it’s the homely environment at Bel Air, which keeps us working hard, and stay focused for the goal. I strongly recommend this school to everyone if you want to get things done fast.

Happy Landings

My name is Shailendra Kapoor I came to US in March 2007 for my flying training. Initially I went to American School of Aviation for my training but that was one of the worst decisions in my life. I stayed there for 5 months but I only got 34.4 hrs. That was not the deal they promised me.

Then I joined Bel Air in September I started my flying on 5th of September 2007 and I finished my course on 24th of April 2008. The moment I finished course at Bel Air I had 294 hours. You can guess easily what’s the difference between Bel Air and other schools. The owner of this school is really helpful. He gives you what he promises you. I really feel proud to be part of such a well maintained, well organized and systematic organization.

I, Sherry Jesu, an Indian citizen, came to the US, in March 2007, to pursue my career in Aviation, and become a Commercial Pilot. I arrived at American School of Aviation, and spent 7 months, until October ’07, and all I had was 60 hrs flying time, and no certificate to show.

I then shifted to Bel-Air International, in October ’07, and my training literally started to fly. In 15 days after that I got my Private license, 4 months later, I got my Instrument rating, even though the weather was very bad for 2 months, between Dec & part of Jan. One month later I got my Multi engine rating CPL, and single engine add on. It took me just 6 and a half months to complete my CPL with 30 hrs of Multi engine.

I write this letter with enormous gratitude towards the Bel-Air staff, the Instructors, dispatchers & the Maintenance crew. I am grateful especially to Alex Alabed, the president of the school, who worked with me 6 days a week and all day. He not only motivated me, & gave me the drive to get my CPL. I highly recommend Bel-Air International to everybody who wish to become a professional Pilot.

Thank you once again.

I am Sharad Goyal, an ex Bel Air Intl. student. I joined Bel Air on the 31st August 2007 till 04.04.08. I have a total of 257.3 hrs. with Multi Engine Instrument Commercial Pilot License. It took me total of 7 months of flying training in here. Due to bad weather it took me an extra month.

Bel Air, has a systematic planned ground training for the part 141 training. For each rating and License before we started were provided with ground training and series of pre tests. I had been provided with 3-4 hrs of flying during my single engine flying training. There are a total of 17 single engine airplanes including Cessna 172 and Piper Archer and Warrior other then single 2 Multi Engine Airplanes which are the Beechcraft Duchess.

For my Private License when I started their were around 15 students on total. Every day flying and ground training got my PPL in about 2 months, for the Instrument it took me little longer to complete due to bad weather in the December and half month in January.

Well Commerical Multi engine took me exactly a month. Well as per what I think what one should look while deciding a school is not just the no. of airplanes or the students, one should look at the maintenance also which I believe is good. The airplane’s are available all the time when ever you need.

In my opinion Bel Air Intl. is a school I can recommend for early and safe flight training.

My name is Vishveshwar Srikrishnan. I am from Mumbai. I completed the Commercial Pilot program from Bel Air in April 2008. I earned my Commercial Pilot License in about 7 months. Getting your Commercial Pilot License is the first step towards the Airline Career future.

My whole admission process to get into Bel Air took around 2 weeks. The staff takes care of all the paperwork swiftly and quickly. The moment I landed at the San Fransisco airport, I was taken care of. The staff from Bel Air was there waiting for me. It didnt even feel like I was far from home. They helped me set up at the apartments, get a cell phone and other kinds of help.

The trainers at Bel Air are very well trained. They are very professional and go out of their way to help the students.Students who need personal attention get all the individual attention they need.Everyone at Bel Air is like a big family.

I can not complain about anything when it comes to my training at Bel Air, Because they stuck to their word and finished my training in the time they promised. If you want a future as an Airline Pilot, the first step is to join a flying school. But the first smart step is to join Bel Air and get your Commercial Pilot License (CPL) in 7 months.

My name is Abhishek H Kulkarni and I am from India. I am doing my commercial pilot course in Bel Air Intl. I moved in to Bel Air Intl. just 2 weeks ago on 3rd of May and I have already completed about 40 hrs. I got my pre solo stage check cleared just two days ago and got my solo yesterday. I fly around 3 hrs a day with 1-2 hrs of ground classes.

Bel Air Intl. has got a very good staff which gets everything done at professional level. I have got many friends in this line in other flying schools in the United States but I have done maximum amount of hours then any of them in the shortest period of time and I m sure I would finish my course in less than 6months time with this pace.
If you would ask me… I would give Bel Air Intl. 10/10 for both ‘in-flight training’ and ground classes.

I would like to recommend Bel Air Intl to all of you who are looking forward to make a bright career in Aviation.

My name is Aditya A. Kulkarni and I am originally from India. I was addicted to flying since the moment I sat in a plane to come over to the United States, and immediately knew that this is what I want to do for a living as well as for fun. After that, being a commercial pilot was my first and my only dream, which was fulfilled by Bel Air International where I did my training. When I chose Bel Air, there was not only one, but several reasons for it. My first impression of Bel Air was great. It looked like a very professional flight school, and the instructors working over there were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The other reason is location, and just like in real estate, the quality of ones’ training depends on three things: Location, Location and Location. Situated ideally within driving distance of three major International airports, Bel Air offered to me an airspace to train in which is as complex as it can get. And the last but not the least is Bel Air’s maintenance. Their 10 year accident/incident free history speaks for itself.

I earned my Commercial pilot’s licence and Flight Instructor certificates within 8 months, and was immediately offered a job as a certified flight instructor at Bel Air. Since then I have built more than 1500 hours of flight experience at Bel Air International. Overall Bel Air has been great as a school as well as a company to work for, and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending anyone to this professional flight school.

Bel-Air Intl. has brought my dreams to reality. Just a year ago as a 22 year-old grad of the University of California at Santa Barbara, I found myself staring down the path of a long, tedious career in accounting when I decided instead to follow my dreams. Originally I chose Bel-Air because of its convenient location, and from my first flight I knew I was in the right place. Alex Alabed (president) as well as his professional staff made me feel comfortable and confident from day one. I found not only my first personal instructor, but also the rest of the instructors at the school to be very knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to help all the time.

It took me only 2 months to earn my private license, only 3 more to earn my instrument licence, and less than a year after my first flight, I am a week away from taking my commercial multi-engine test and closing in fast on becoming an instructor here at Bel-Air myself. All of this I have done with a full-time job. Getting my wings was the best decision I have ever made, and the more time I spend at Bel-Air, the more confident I am on the decision to attend their program. Whether you are following a career dream like myself, or you just have the urge to become a part of the private pilot community, I encourage you to come to Bel-Air and experience the flight yourself!

Even though I am very far from my home, Maldives, I get great support from Alex Alabed(President of Bel-Air International) and the staff, in which it has made my life so much easier to live in the US. From the time I came here, my instructor has helped me in everything and has made learning interesting and has given me hope of finishing my Commercial Pilot training in within 6 months. With the well-maintained aircrafts and student facilities, it made it more exciting and I am really glad I came to Bel-Air International.

I was originally from China and immigrated to the U.S. at the age of 10. I found interest in flying at my senior year in high school and eventually started at Bel Air Intl San Carlos. I felt the instructors were all proficient and professional, at the same time the facility is large and well equipped, most important of all the airplanes were well maintained, enjoyable to fly with. Overall Bel Air gave me a friendly and safe environment for me to concentrate and learn the way I wanted to. I got my private at the age of 17 with Bel Air and continued to train for the career program. Eventually I got my instrument, commercial and all CFI ratings done in approximately half a year later.

As soon as I was done with all of the training I started to work for Bel Air as a CFI. Over one year of work I have taught students in every single course possible for a pilot, acquiring tremendous time and experience in the process, also meeting many nice interesting people. Bel Air overall has been nice to me throughout my time spent here and I highly recommend this flight school to anyone having a desire to aviate.

My name is Leo Hsu and I am enrolled in Bel-air International's career program. I'm originally from Taiwan but I've lived in the States for sixteen years. I plan on returning to Taiwan after my training with Bel-air to apply for the airlines there. I first decided to train at Bel-air because they have a good focus on building the foundations of an airline career. Their program was exactly what the airlines are looking for and that gave me a sense of confidence in their training. Bel-Air's instructors are young, energetic, and knowledgeable. They have similar goals as I do and it was easy to build a good student-teacher relationship with them.

The aircraft fleet is well maintained and varied. Being able to fly a Cessna to a Warrior to a Duchess is definitely good for my experience. Also, the location of Bel-Air was key to my choice. Not because of the spectacular California weather, but because San Carlos airport lies right in the middle of a complex airspace. Having to constantly deal with the amount of traffic in this area allows me to learn something new everyday and it is something locations like Fresno or Stockton simply do not have.

It had been a life long dream for me to learn how to fly. When I finally decided that I was going to go to flight school and earn my pilot's license, I looked at several operators in the area. The result was my choice of Bel-Air International.

What really made the selection easy for me was the way I was treated from the first moment I walked in the front door, with courtesy, respect and genuine interest in my desire to fly.

Having almost completed flight school for my private pilot license, I will be continuing my education toward my instrument rating at Bel-Air.

I can not say enough about all of the people there, each and every one has made my flying experience the best that it possibly could be. I am indebted to them all. If you too are looking for a flight school I would highly suggest that you visit Bel-Air. I know you will be as pleased with their flight school as I have been.

I wish I knew about Bel-Air International when I graduated out of High School! I knew that if I enrolled two years earlier I would be a commercial pilot by now because Bel-Air guarantees and shows me the way to become one of the best pilots out there. I’m very happy here because I get to fulfill my dream at my pace and it’s very close to my home. Bel-Air opens the doors for me and all I have to do is walk through it by working very hard. They gave me a loan that will be affordable for me so I can work fulltime and be private in three months and my instructors make it seem easy but if you look at it in the big picture its really hard. All of my instructors have made my life easier because they work around my schedule make learning aviation a very fun and pleasant experience. Right now I’m working on my instrument rating and I’m having a good time learning a lot of material that I will use forever. I never knew aviation could be so easy and fun. I love Bel-Air and I’m staying here until they call me for the airliners. I recommend fresh new pilots with big dreams to attend Bel-Air because they will make your dreams come true!

While preparing for a flight the other day, I found myself reflecting on the years that have passed since I chose Bel-Air as my flight school. With time comes perspective and I must tell you, looking back, that I am very glad I chose Bel-Air for my Private Pilot training.

The aspect I appreciate most about my flight training is the professionalism of Bel-Air's flight instructors. I had the opportunity to fly with and learn from many of your instructors, and I must say each and every one of them impressed me with their dedication, respect, positive and supportive attitudes, and their clear desire to make sure I mastered both the techniques and knowledge required to be a competent and safe pilot. Without their support, advice and hard work, I am sure I would not have been as well prepared for the written, oral and practical tests. Bel-Air's instructors are excited about flying, and their enthusiasm made my flight training a truly fun experience.

I also greatly appreciate the accommodating and supportive environment you and your staff maintain at Bel-Air. As a businessman myself, I understand both the challenge and the value of the superior customer service Bel-Air provides. Working flights into my busy schedule is no hassle thanks to the "can-do" attitude at Bel-Air.

In sum, I would like to thank you personally for providing the top-notch people and facilities I need to be a Private Pilot. Keep up the great work!
