School Accommodations
Effective January 1, 2008 the price for a shared bedroom is $700.00 per month per student, which includes a cleaning fee. If you prefer, you have the option to arrange your own housing. All students are required to pay a $200.00 deposit prior to occupying an apartment arranged by us. The deposit will be fully refunded upon vacating the apartment, less any damage or cleaning fees required.
Student accommodations consist of furnished two bedroom apartments with two students per bedroom. Accommodations include full kitchen and dining facilities with separate living areas.
We require a minimum notification of one month before a student’s training date begins if they would like our arranged accommodations, and a two-week notification before that student leaves.
The apartments are within a 2.5 mile radius of Bel-Air making a minimal commute time and locating the students in close proximity of shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and entertainment. Utilities, which include water, and gas and electric, are included in the $650.00 per month. Please view pictures of the accommodations here.
While Bel-Air will provide the apartments with beds, a sofa, a table and chairs, (eating area), cookware, dishes and cable television, some expenses are the responsibility of the individual student. Students must provide their own blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, etc. In addition, any phones, radios, clocks, etc. are the responsibility of the student. Food is also the responsibility of each student.
Living Expenses
The cost of living in San Carlos is quite reasonable. In addition to the cost of housing, you should budget approximately $400 to $500 per month for food and personal expenses.

Our unique location provides countless recreational activities such as sailing, skiing, hiking and professional sporting events.
Arrival
Upon arrival at San Francisco International airport, students should phone Bel-Air International to arrange transportation. Please notify us by phone or FAX, at least 2 days prior to your arrival with exact travel details so that pick-up arrangements can be made.
